Ciao Bella

So we are a bit behind on posting--soo sorry we have just been on the go go go!!!  Anyway so last up on the European adventure list was, ITALIA!  We were lucky enough to have spent 6 fabulous days visiting Firenze (Florence), San Gimignano, e Roma!

The Italian adventure began in Florence where we got to to see the beautiful Kelly Lynn! As well as the lovely Janine Narvaez and Katherine Braden (who have all been studying it up in Firenze) A lot of the touristy sights to see were closed the few days we were there because of a strike and then there was an italian holiday the other day so we only got to see the outsides of things--but ohh well (sorry Emily) we spent all the extra time SHOPPING!! We hit up the Christmas markets and got some yummy "strudel"--6 chicas downed that thing in like 1 min max.

One of the days spent in Florence we took a day trip to San Gimignano--a small medieval town in the province of Siena, Tuscany. (Also home of the world's most famous Gelato shop!)  We got some sweet glamm shots of the gorgeous Tuscan Countryside and then hit up the shops.  We both splurged on a couple of beautiful Italian leather bags, Gabs in a dark gray and Gina in a tan color--so look out for those cutesy matching bags of ours!

our biggest fans!
Next up we hit up Roma! After checking into a very spacious apartment, dinner, and a long nights rest we were ready to see the sights!! Colosseum, Pantheon, Forum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps=CHECK! We also got paperazzied by these chinitas begging to take a picture with us!!! so of course, we did! After a very long, exhausting, and touristy day we caught some much needed zzzzzz's and then got our housewife aprons out to cook ourselves a lovely Italian dinner!  We invited some of our USD Madrid chicas over to our apartment for din din and then got our partayyy pants on to see the classsyyy Roman nightlife!  Jenien's friends studying in Rome invited us over to their apartment before and then took us out and about.  bars+shots+bars+shots+points+shots=a wonderful next morning at the Vatican!
our super cutesy Italian dinner <3

After some "tooting and booting" and some "Roman bus of shames home" we managed to pull ourselves together, as always, and got ourselves out the door and on our way to Vatican City!  The day was cut a little bit shorter than expected but heyyy we made it and that's all that matters!  After napping some more, having some leftovers and packing up our stuff, we were ready to head back to Madrid in the early morning to enjoy our last few weeks before the Eurotrashyy adventures would come to an end :((
lookin sooo good @ the Vatican
